What is OutreachArtist?

We are a low-cost social media marketing agency, established in 2018. We provide cost-effective social media and lead generation services to small businesses and startups across the world.

What type of customers do you work with?

Any professional or businesses looking to build a personal or company brand on social media. Our customers range from e-commerce businesses, digital agencies, dentists and many more!

How much does it cost?

You can see our monthly prices here. All prices are monthly recurring.

Where are you located?

Our business entity is in Finland, however, we are a 100% remote company meaning our team members work from various locations across the world.

How do I pay?

All of our payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or Amex. Payments are monthly recurring.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We believe in earning your business month after month, so there’s no contract involved. You can cancel anytime you’d like. We just ask for 30 days notice to stop work on your account. But we are confident you’ll love our service and want to stick around for a long, long time!

Who owns the content copyright?

Any custom content we design for you is 100% yours. We claim no ownership of any content upon completion, and we will never republish, repurpose, or distribute your content in any locations but yours.

Who will be working on my small business social media accounts?

A well-trained, dedicated Content Specialist will be the one finding and sharing content for your accounts. Content Specialists are just that – specialists in social media content. All of our Content Specialists are native English speakers so your social media pages will look like you are the one posting day after day.

When can I expect posts after subscribing?

You will receive an e-mail to get your social channels linked with our tool and where you can provide your logo and branding information. Within 3-5 days, you’ll receive an invite to your content calendar.

How will you know what to post for my company?

Once we receive your order, your dedicated Content Specialist will begin researching your industry, competitors, and target audience. By the time the first post hits your social media pages, your Content Specialist will know just what your audience is looking for. And that’s the key to effectively using Social Media!
